Coach Joe has been a pillar in my life both professionally and personally. Originally starting as my trainer and coach in high school, he helped me understand the game from a pro’s perspective while exposing me to what it means to be professional in all facets of life. From agility and plyometrics to understanding how to break down film, Coach Joe was the reason I was able to play college football at Virginia State University and received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology. I attended Howard University where I received my Master’s in Social Work, and then attended the University of South Carolina where I received my PHD in Sports and Entertainment.
Fast forward, I believe his training and coaching not only prepared me for the gridiron but also provided me with the skills I needed to transition to the real world. If you want your loved one to be trained by the best, this is a no-brainer—but if you want them to be trained for life, it’s essential that they work with the legendary Coach Joe Howard-Johnson.
